Sending my heartfelt condolences to Helen's family at this sad time. I knew Helen for many years as a yoga student, and so enjoyed having her in my classes. She spoke fondly of her family, was fiercely independent, yet gentle, kind and intelligent. She loved yoga, and we loved Helen. Her presence was a blessing to us all. I will remember Helen forever. Enclosing a photo of Helen and myself taken many years ago at one of the yoga retreats. Of course, Helen has a pink flower in her hair!
