Recent memories with Deb is from when she was in Red Deer Hospital before Xmas. It was so unfortunate she was there but I was able to visit almost daily and I will cherish those times. We had good conversations catching up and had some laughs and joked about a few things. Even so sick she still had her sense of humor. She was so sweet and will be missed terribly.

One of our favorite memories of Deb was when Brad ,Barb and I were vacationing in Hawaii in 1985 and had decided to take a public bus out to Sunset beach ? The bus was very crowded and Deb was seated on one of the side benches when a man who was obviously a little inebriated plunked himself down right beside her. He was pressed right up against her and as we traveled down the road he would doze off and his head would fall sideways against her shoulder. He would drool a little and Deb kept elbowing him in the ribs to straighten him up but that only worked for a few minutes and then he would be right back resting his head on her shoulder. He appeared to be harmless or we would have been concerned but as it was we just watched from the bench seat on the opposite side of the bus and were killing ourselves with laughter while Deb was in a most uncomfortable situation. She eventually saw the humor in the situation but not before threatening to kill Brad and me for just watching and not doing anything. We will miss you Deb. Albert & Barb
