Dear Mona & Family
Our sincere condolences with the loss of Chris.
Along with grief we need also to reflect on the fond memories. And there are several. How Chris would always know when we had a fish fry we have no idea. But no sooner than the frying pan was hot there he was and the feast was on.
Our Cuba trip with you two was a high light. You guys tossing fish food on our backs and laughing (Chris always enjoyed a good laugh) while we snorkeled was quite the experience. It was on this trip we discovered Chris really did not like snakes. He did not care for bugs much either.
On our fishing trip to BC Chris landed the only halibut. Always wanting to be fair he asked if I wanted to help reel it in. Again we feasted. Boiled up shrimp then dipped them in a beer can filled with melted butter, yummy. Chris liked good food, a cold beer and a good bbq.
How I will miss our regular phone calls. Chris always wanted to keep up to date on the happenings in PA and Mexico.
Every time we hear "White Lighting" we will think of Chris.
Along with the planting of the trees, I want to cover all the bases so, the next ones that I fall will be in his honour.
Chris will always be our dear friend. We along with many others miss him dearly.
