1937- 2023
It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of our loving husband, dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa Stan McMillin. Stan was born in Fairview Alberta, on August 20th 1937 and passed on May 19th 2023, at 85 years of age.
He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Geneva; siblings, Belvah, Beulah, Dorthy, Doris, Ivan, Vera, Orvan, and Joyce; his infant son and cherished grandson, Robbie.
Stan is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Shirley; their children, Donna (Randy) Borschneck, Colleen (Jim) Volden, Sherrie McMillin, Shawn (Teresa) McMillin; his darling grandchildren; James (Candace) Hamrin, Leah (Aurey) Kreutzer, Garret (Jacki) Volden, Parker (Ali) Volden, Kaeleigh McMillin, Lukas McMillin, Jakob McMillin; great-grandchildren; Austin, Alyssa, Taneya, Axton, Kali, Kash, and Ava; numerous nieces and nephews.
The Family would like to thank Dr. Roos, Amee G and Whitecourt Healthcare Centre staff for their care and kindness.
