Obituary of Glen Llewellyn Scoular

On Monday, August 7, 2023, Glen Llewellyn Scoular, loving Father, Papa and Friend passed away peacefully in the town of Whitecourt, Alberta. Glen's kindness and compassion were comparable to no other. Glen was an exceptionally hard worker, he was dependable, resilient, and was well liked by all those that that the opportunity to know him. If anyone was in need Glen was the first person to offer a helping hand or the shirt off his back. Glen gave everything he had to others and expected nothing in return and this is just one of the many great things about him. His positive demeanor was infectious, providing laughs and smiles to anyone around. Glen’s favorite outfit was a button up shirt and jeans with pockets bursting, full of coins, screws, and even wrenches. As a father and friend, Glen always insured his family was provided for and loved. Glen always believed in his children and supported them through all their accomplishments. Glen enjoyed spending time fishing with his sons and having coffee with his friends. Glen is survived by his loving children, Christopher, Tessa (Johan), and Johnathon; granddaughter, Ava and his siblings, Kevin (Jody), Merle, Raymond (Tracey) and Derwin. Glen was predeceased by his parents, Violet and Robert, his sister, Colleen and his daughter Dezerie.
